The Fulfillment Update (part 2)

Fulfillment
We are happy to announce that fulfillment to all our backers is under way. All boats have been unloaded and many regions have been completed. Below is the information you need for your fulfillment.
One thing to note is that BackerKit does not integrate with the systems of these shipping companies. So the status of your order in BackerKit is not accurate. We will be updating all the backers manually next week.
US
Your fulfillment is complete. If you have not gotten a tracking number or your package please reach out to us at [email protected] with your name and the email of your Kickstarter account. Most of the problems we are seeing now is people whose payment method failed and they didn't realize it, so their order did not process.
UK, Australia, New Zealand & Rest of World
Your fulfillment is complete. The UK container was short on stock for 14 orders. We will email the 14 backers affected by this and let you know. If you haven't gotten your tracking number or package please open a ticket with GamesQuest first:
The Fable Fury Section will have information about your region as well as a contact if you have more specific questions. From what we've been told, the fulfillment from VFI is hard to predict because certain requirements have to be met by each region, but once they are met the packages can be delivered without any additional taxes, fees, customs stops etc. This seems to be the most hassle free way to deliver packages in those regions and was requested by many backers, but it does take a little longer.
EU
Your fulfillment is starting today! It should be completed by Wednesday next week. This means that you should start receiving tracking numbers early next week. If you haven't gotten your tracking number by the end of next week please open a ticket with GamesQuest first:

We're so excited for 2026! We hope 2025 was amazing for each of you and that 2026 will be even better! We have some exciting things coming with Fable Fury this year. But we'll tell you more about that at a later date when it's ready. For now, we hope you are all having fun playing Fable Fury (or soon will be).

The next thing you can do is share your fun experiences in the form of a review on BoardGameGeek. This website is the go to reference for people looking for boardgames. If we can leave a good impression there then more people will be willing to give Fable Fury a try.
We know it's impossible for a game to make every type of person happy but hopefully we've delivered on what we promised. A high quality game that you can play with any boardgame skill level in a way that is fun, challenging, and chaotic (We've heard the stories of your death farming and corpse explosion runs!!).

The Fulfillment Update

Hey everyone!
Over 60% of backers have received Fable Fury!
We have been getting a lot of messages! It has been so great to hear from all of you that have received you order. One of the biggest compliments we receive is on the quality of the components (beyond their expectations). As creators of Fable Fury we have done everything we can to make the game fun, beautiful, and exceptionally well-crafted. With countless nights and years of work we are proud of what Fable Fury came to be!
We have also been getting a lot of messages, comments, and emails from people who are anxious to get their games. We know you're all so excited to get it and that makes us really happy!! We've done our best to keep you all updated as we get information from the fulfillment partners (MOCO & GamesQuest). The updates we received this week has been very frustrating as it shifted previous expectations.
EU & UK FULFILLMENT
The UK container will be released December 13th and the EU container will be released December 10th.
If you've been following along with the updates that is a week later than we were told. This cuts it really close to the Christmas delivery timeline we were promised. We hope for many of you they still meet this deadline, but it looks like there will be some orders that won't make it. This is heartbreaking for us. We share in the disappointment you might feel.
US FULFILLMENT
Just over 500 orders left to go!
For those of you who have been keeping up with the comments and updates, it has slowed significantly after the first couple weeks. The previous pace when they started was 125+ orders a day. When we inquired about the sudden drop in productivity and another delay in the timeline, we were told of an incident which occurred in the warehouse.
Fable Fury products were unaffected and have incurred no damages. MOCO has been trying to get back up to maximum efficiency since it occurred. We wish we were told all of this 2 weeks ago when it happened. As we could have shared this information sooner and the changing deadlines would have made more sense.
Here's what to expect in the next 2 weeks:
For the remaining 500+ people, your orders will be processed. This will generate a tracking number which will be emailed to you.
If you've already received a tracking number that hasn't moved in the last couple days, it should be moving soon
We will post another update and update Backerkit when we are told fulfillment is complete.
If you have not received a tracking number when that update is posted THAT is the time to reach out to us. We can investigate what may have gone wrong.
FULFILLMENT COMPANIES
The shipping partners we chose are both extremely experienced and highly recommended in the Tabletop Industry. Some things have been out of their control. I know the UK, EU, AU, & CH partners have been affected by holds where the containers have not been released to them. The US partner still sent 130+ packages a day on average while still recovering from the two week slow down. We'd like to lay all the blame with them, but they have both have worked diligently with the circumstances they've been given. We're grateful to have them at this stage.
WE'RE ALMOST THERE
We want you to know that at every stage everyone (except customs agents and sea captains) has done everything they can to get your game to you as quick as they can. We will continue to pass on updates as we get them. We promise to continue to chase, push and look for ways for the fulfillment to speed up and deliver. We empathize with those still waiting and will work to get your games to be delivered soon!

Deliveries
Yay! It's actually happening. Deliveries have started. In the USA most of the deliveries have left the warehouse (MOCO) and on their way to you. If you haven't received your tracking number, shipping is still ongoing and you'll receive your tracking numbers and packages shortly.
UK, EU, AU, Asia timelines. The shipments are at various stages. Asia is ready to go out and will vary by region because of how VFI does their fulfillment. Australia, we were notified earlier this week that the boat arrives any day now. EU the shipment arrives est. December 3rd & UK December 6th. Our worldwide fulfillment partner (GamesQuest) let us know that their goal is to have everything delivered before Christmas.
While all fulfillment was ordered at the same time we appreciate everyone's patience with not all deliveries happening at the same time.
What's in the Box?
All of your extras are packed inside your main box. We have received a lot of emails and seen a lot of comments that go a little like this: "Hey, I never received my collectors coin and booster packs" "Oh nvm, I found 'em. They were inside the box"
So we just want to save you the trouble.
Online Shopping
We have been very busy designing, building & coding our website.
You can now order the non-kickstarter version of the game & accessories. HOWEVER, this for USA & Canada only. HOWEVER #2, these orders will be delivered AFTER Kickstarter fulfillment in the USA. Once the rest of the world orders have been fulfilled we plan on opening sales and orders availability to the rest of the world.

Hey everyone,
Another quick update to answer some questions about shipping and tax charges. Plus some never before seen early development of the game!
They're landing!
Fable Fury is officially on US soil! The first container arrived at the warehouse yesterday, a week ahead of schedule! We're still waiting on two more containers to arrive in the US and each of the containers on their way to the UK, Netherlands, Australia, and China. We are so close.
Taxes
Taxes and VAT are now visible in your orders through the pledge manager. No one loves taxes. Believe us, we really don’t either. Unfortunately, they’re a legal requirement in many regions, and there's simply no way around collecting them. As much as we’d love to skip this part, complying with international tax laws helps ensure smooth delivery.
Thanks for your patience and understanding as we move through this stage of the campaign. We’re doing our best to keep everything transparent and hassle-free for you.
Card Charging
Many people have asked if we can delay the charge for shipping and taxes to next week which is closer to payday for many of you. We will charge cards Friday, October 31th. If you would like your order processed before then please email us your name at [email protected]. It will not change the date the order is shipped out.
The dream 5 years in the making
Fable Fury would not have been possible without the support each of you. To show you how far Fable Fury has come we wanted to share with you some never before seen very EARLY prototype versions of the game (we swore that no one would ever see these, but here we are):

Then we found Sergei. Working with him we were able to bring our vision for the game and brand to life. We would tell him these wacky ideas we had for characters and he would spawn them into reality.

The Games Are On the Move!
Hello! We have a massive milestone to share...every single copy of Fable Fury has officially left the factory in China and is now making its way across the seas to fulfillment hubs around the world. That means your unruly heroes, shiny coins, and baby dragons are literally on a boat right now!
Shipping Timeline
United States: Games are en route to our US hub and are scheduled to arrive before November 1st. Once they land, fulfillment will begin within a week or two, so most US backers should have their games in hand by mid-November.
EU, UK, AU, and Rest of World: Your copies are also on the way to their respective hubs. Transit times vary slightly by region, but everything is moving smoothly and on schedule.
Shipping Costs & Final Addresses
Even with the global shipping craziness this past year higher fuel surcharges, inflation, and all the rest we managed to keep shipping costs very close to what we estimated during the campaign. We’ve absorbed part of those increases ourselves to keep things fair and as close to our original promise as possible.
Action Needed: Please log in to your BackerKit account or use your survey link and confirm your address. If you need help finding your link again please message us. From your Survey Link:
Click 'Edit Your Address'
Under 'Shipping Info' make sure your address is correct. If it is correct you are done, there is nothing else you have to do! Otherwise click 'Edit Shipping Info' and edit your address. Then click 'Next' then 'Place My Order'.
THIS WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD. Your card will only be charged after we lock everyone's addresses and charge the cards at the end of this week.
If you want to see what you will be charged for shipping you can see that under the 'Balance' section. If you need to update your payment information you can do that in the 'Payment' section.
We'll lock addresses in a couple of days. Once we lock addresses, they can’t be changed this ensures your package goes to the right place and avoids costly reships or delays.
When you confirm your address, you’ll also see your final shipping cost. If something looks way off or doesn’t match your region, please message us directly so we can get it sorted out right away.
What’s Next
Once fulfillment begins, we’ll post another update with tracking details, photos from the warehouses, and unboxing shots. It’s been a long road getting here, and we’re beyond excited for you to finally hold Fable Fury in your hands.
